With today’s technologies, a criminal’s digital footprint is getting more and more detectable. Lincoln’s Finest will fill you in on their new advanced technology, including Automatic License Plate Readers (ALPR) scanning one plate per second, Omega Dashboard, digital evidence, Crimestoppers blog and Threshold Alerts. LPD uses the general concept of using "push" in information systems, rather than "pull."

We’ll meet in the briefing room like a true gumshoe and enjoy a hearty meal before touring the Lincoln Police Department and finding out just how our local cops keep us safe. Check out Police Chief Casady’s blog to learn more about his job, including a criminal incident involving flying Hoovers.

Be sure to register early, as this lunch is limited to 50 people!
