Information The Parade will be held Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with numerous Pre-Parade activities beginning at 10:00 a.m. Organizers are marching full speed ahead to make this the best Parade ever. Mission Statement The Updowntowners' Star City Holiday Parade is a non-profit professionally-produced televised event which creates a truly magical experience for both children and adults in a community celebration providing tourism and economic development.
